Does anyone know of any non toxic plants that I can put in my beardie's tank? (55 gal) . . .

this list is pretty thorough. It seems to agree with everything else I could find. Google is great for looking for things like this.

and yes the jade plant is okay to put in there

I've never had much luck with live plants, especially in a smaller tank. My reptiles tended to either tip them over (if it was in a pot or whatnot) by trying to climb on them, or try to climb on them and totally crush them, as most plants small enough to fit in the cage would not be sturdy enough to support the beardie. Also, finding a place for the plant was near impossible-- putting it on the side with the basking lamp tended to fry them, and putting it on the cool side left my tank looking cluttered (cuz the water and salad bowl were also towards the cooler side) What was left of the plant was pretty quickly munched on by the beardie and...well. The end results weren't pretty! The plant looked awful (after only about 4 days!!) and it gave my beardie diarrhea (tho it was a reportedly non-toxic plant!!)
I really love the look of live plants in an enclosure, but mine has never been big enough to handle both plant and dragon!!

I tried plants and they just try to eat them. I Don't even bother, I am also not all about pretty fancy tank setups either. I am investing in a huge rack system to house hopefully everyone in and i will have no glass tanks anywhere except my fish tanks! haha

Are you able to see them and interact with them in the rack system as well as you're able to when they're in their own cage separate from everybody?

Depends on how you setup your rack system! Mostly yes you will just have to have clear containers!
