I had a great time this weekend in Arlington Texas and saw some very nice animals. Bayou Reptiles Corns were simply incredible, and they're always a pleasure to talk too. I had a front row seat for Don Soderbergs presentation and it was great, made you want to go buy Corns immediately! Seeing some of the morphs we hear about every other day presented the way Don explained them was very enlightening. I really enjoyed it. As usual SMR had a ton of awesome snakes on their table. Being more of a King and Pituophis type person I sometimes overlook the fact that Corns are really incredible snakes. I think for me, I just lack the patience to wait for them to grow, since other snakes I work with grow like weeds. Unfortunately for me I needed a new rack more than I needed more snakes....so I got what I needed. However I think I may have to start saving for some new Corns asap. I hope the vendors did well, as the venue is excellent. Spacious and clean and something I'd drive the 3 hours for to attend in a heartbeat. Tom Stevens

Thanks for the show review, Tom. We don't get enough of those in these parts of the forum. I've wondered how a show in the dead of winter would do - it sounds like it was a good time. Maybe next year it will be a reason for me to break out of Cleveland and check it out.
