Feeders for pets...

coluberking25 Feb 19, 2007 09:44 PM

I plan on going to the Hamburg, PA reptile expo, aka the Northern Berks Reptile Expo or something like that. Well I plan to purchase rats for pets at this show and was told there was someone there who sells Dumbo rats, but I'd rather just have a regular shaped rat, preferrably black and another color. Does anybody here know if those kinds of rats are sold at this show? I've never been to it before. Thanks in advance!

All rats are basically the same, just that dumbo rats have the side ways rounded ears. Other than that they are the same type of rat as any other domestic rat sold at a feeder breeder or a pet shop.

The Dumbo vendor or someone similar might give more odds that the rats were socialized as pets and not just ignored and roughly handled as feeders.
