They lay eggs. The genus is Xenochrophis (usually X. vittatus), more commonly known as keelbacks, often described as Indonesian garters. They require higher humidity and temperature than Thamnophis, they don't hibernate and they eat fish. Apparently they don't grow bigger than 30" and they are supposedly rear-fanged and mildly venomous, but also relatively mild-mannered.
That's all I know about them.
I just saw some in the classifieds - in the "other snakes" section.
