I have someone wanting to ship me a pair of hairless rats.. what is the right way to go about this?

I can get it done, but we're trying to be safe/legal here...

Already called Fedex and to no surprise the two persons I spoke to say they don't ship ANY animals.. lol

From what I understand, only Delta Dash will do it, and it's expensive. Also requires drop off and pick up at airports.

you realise that petsmarts often have hairless. Also if you call around your LPS they have them to fairly regularly...
