Question about unusual behavior.

johnavilla Feb 21, 2007 11:28 AM

One of my balls recently started doing something odd. At about the same time every night (9pm) he sticks his head into the hide at the cool end of his tub and lifts it against the top of his slot. He doesn't stop until I take the hide away (I leave it upside down in his tub) at which point he slithers toward me (ie out of the tub). He is acting normal otherwise, eating one jumbo ft mouse or sm ft rat a week. I recently had to up the humidity in his tub but other than that there haven't been any environmental issues either. Anyone have an opinion?

Yeah, that thought did occur to me. It's sad really, my snake is smarter than I am
