I recently bought a White's Tree Frog from an online supplier, and noticed that it had an injury on the front of its mouth. It seemded like it had worn off some of its lip from rubbing it against the container and there was also a bruise on its nose. I've been putting neosporin on it, but it seems to be getting worse and getting larger. There doesn't appear to be any mites on it, but could it possibly have some kind of disease that is wearing away at its lip? Any advice would be really helpful.
