Crossing a hypo tang with a blizzard will result in what?

Also, are there any websites out there with good info on the genetics behind various morphs?

Pretty much what you would get Tangerines & Hypo Tangerines that are 100% heterozygous for Blizzard. The quality of the Tangerine & Hypo Tangerine is going to depend on the quality of the Hypo Tangerine used for breeding.

A good book to read that goes into great detail about Leo genetics is Ron Trempers "The Herpetoculture of Leopard Geckos". I've looked around for a good website that explains Leo genetics & haven't come across one as good as the book yet. Someone else maybe can point you in a good direction for one.
