a camera tip.... some digital cameras have a focus lock (not sure if that is what it is really called). Basically, you push the button down half way to lock the focus on an object then push it the rest of the way to take the pic. Also, most have a micro setting. It is usually represented by a tulip looking flower. It is for more detailed, close up shots.
I am not sure what you mean about the snake having a normal looking head. Miami's are normals either found in the miami area or selectively bred normals with more greyish backgrounds and bright saddles.
I can't tell on the pics because the snake's colors vary from pic to pic. Try the camera tips and post new pics. Someone else might be able to tell you better than I can, though!
