Whats the differance between a jungle pastel and a pastel? Also how fast do they grow? I'm looking to buy some normals so I was wondering what size females to buy so they would be ready next year?

I asked this question a while back and the answers i got mostly said they are the same thing its just that different people call them different names.

A pastel and a pastel jungle are the same thing. However there is also a jungle aka classic jungle. This, unlike the pastel which is co dom, is a random mutation with increased yellow, light eyes, a black mustache and a highly aberrant pattern. Like pastels some tend to brown out with age. So far no one has been able to reproduce jungles. They just seem to pop out at random which is why I say that they are a random mutation. Although it is impossible to prove that it is NOT genetically inheritable, the number of breedings suggests this to be the case.
