C. serrata is a hybrid between Cuora galbinifrons and Pyxidea mohouti. Apparently, this hybrid does occur naturally in the wild. They are as hard (or as easy) to keep as either of the parental species. They require a semi-terrestrial, humid, tropical habitat.
