Please help ID snake

Supposedly the snake is rear fanged and it's venom is paralyzing. Not permanent, just temporary. He was told it is an "African hissing snake" but I've found no such thing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

and it is NOT rearfanged! But yes a very nice Diadem snake..
