Melamine from home depot.Air vents in the side. Flexwatt heat tape on bottom then 1/2 trim around bottom and a piece of plexi-glass on top of that.hook a helix therm and stack as many cages as you can fit. i got some sliding glass door track from hardware store and used sliding glass doors.

BURM CAGES

SMALLER BOA CAGE 5ft x 3ft x 2 1/2 make sure it will fit threw door ways to were you want it.

very nice cages!!!!
im defenitly not going to do sliding doors though.
i build cages for my bp's and all they do is try to get out between them and it cost me alot more becouse i had to make my own slides since i could not find any in hardware stores.
but i really like the cages.
thanks so much.

Can I build this for MUCH LESS than 200 dollars? A four foot Boaphile is 200 bucks-tough to beat but it can be done. One example; melamine basic box, hinged top of cage, flexwatt(solder the connections,) linoleum over the flexwatt, aquarium sealant for the joints and an inexpensive thermostat (I use A-life.) You could probably score the linoleum for free (scraps at a flooring store.) Oh, yeah, and some plexi glass for the front. Linoleum might not look real good, but that'll be covered with substrate anyway.

I build my own out of 3/4 inch plywood. 1 sheet {4x8} is about 20 bucks and will make a 2x4x18 box. Heat cost me about 50 dollars and the front or door done in plexy about 30. Throw on some paint and you can do it for about 100 bucks. I fact I just made another one today.
