It's really hard to tell anything from the pics. How old is the cham? Is he possibly still developing his mature coloration? Do the spots show regardless of his mood (excited color, sleep, calm)? Are the spots changing in shape or size? Do the spots themselves change color at any time? If the spots change in color or don't show sometimes they may be a naturally occurring variation in that particular cham's skin layers. If the spots are always the same or getting bigger, they could be fungal or bacterial infections. Just can't tell. Some fungal infections glow slightly when a blacklight is shone on them, but not all. A vet can check this pretty easily.
He is 7 months old and yes they show all the time. Sometimes they seem brighter or darker but I think that is because of the contrast between the spots and whatever color he is.
I think I would watch them very closely to see if they turn dark grey or black, get puffy or red around the margins, or get larger. At 7 months I think his adult coloration could still be forming making this hard to rule out. Another safe thing you could do is put some Polysporin on them for a few days...it might stop a bacterial infection that might be present. If this isn't the problem the med won't hurt.
Actually the one on his eye is grey and the one on his side soes have a red border around it. What does that mean?
