brown spots?

lately i've been noticing that simba has a brown spot pattern, even when he's not being handled. could this indicate a problem?

Ok first off check out his nose. It looks like he has a injury to it from rubbing it. Is this what im seeing in the first picture?
The brown spots are his pattern. They get this pattern when trying to warm up in the sun/under the light and when stressed.
Just out of curiosity what are you using for UVB and what is his temps under basking and what are you using to measure them?
