Any Ideas?

smwboxer66 Feb 24, 2007 05:27 PM

Today I bought a mahogany tree in the flower district here in NYC. When the tree was delivered I discovered a very tiny brown frog in it. Any ideas as to what kind he could be? He is very small, less than 1/2 and inch (much to small to photograph) and kind of mottled brown. I'v placed him in a critter keeper with lizard litter, a half coconut to hid in, a shallow water dish and got some fruit flys at Petco to feed him.

I did some web searches and it's a greenhouse frog. Amazing that this little guy survived the trip all the way to New York in the middle of winter.
