Can anyone give me help:
My snake has just been introduced to a new setup with a new log of wood that has a narrow hole running through it. the snake has hidden in there and wont get out. wats the problem??

Well, provided that the snake isn't stuck, it probably just prefers that hiding space to any of the other ones in the cage.
