emergency! is my pacific tree frog dying

i accidently stepped on my pacific tree frog after he escaped and the outer skin on his stomach got ripped and now there is a thin kinda redish skin underneath out in the open. also his leg is hurt and he is limping. Is he dying and if he isnt can he heal? if so how?
