Yes, Crutchfield did this many many years back and others have done it also but these animals are not that easy to find available.

I had one of the crutchfield animals Chris p might have pictures of it. It was his befor it was mine I sold it to a guy who thought it could handle snow bad luck all the way around.One thing tho she had a very mild temperment unlike ether parent. A very sad loss.

Yeah, I have several pictures of the hybrids. I'll have to scan them and then post the pics. Unfortunately, we didn't have digital cameras back then.

Yes been out for years, he is doing well, he had a shop in Miami but now has opened a new farm.

Here's an example of my friend Archie Bottoms holding a small hybrid niloticus x rhombifer. This particular animal originated from Tom Crutchfield's stock back in the early 1990's.
