Leucistic Boas

BigJim55 Feb 25, 2007 05:33 PM

Awhile back I recieved info from one of the most reliable importers in the country that there are at least 3 Leucistic boas and two may be in the country right now. Dont worry Jeff I will contact you first when one becomes available! I have come across many more rare pythons than boas but with all the hooplah I will keep a closer eye on the boas for sure. Regards, Jim Elliott

Who told you about them?

I hope to be making a few soon. It's always a lot more fun to make than it is to get. Making usually means many. Getting usually means only one or a pair of hets. So making is always better. That will be great fun!

Thanks Big Jim!

Jeff

I like the information that there are at least 3 Leucistic boas and two may be in the country right now. If we can convince enough people that other leucistics exist than maybe the demand will drop for the one in Brazil and along with that the price.

Good thinking guys.

I dont think I posted the orgin of the other two Leucistic boas, Someone must of assumed it was Brazil. Looking forward to the Jeff Ronne Chat night! maybe then you can tell us about your Leucistic breeding program~! To me it seems strange! take a wonderul animal with awesome colors and pattern and wash it out until all you have is stark white snake with black eyes! They are nice but not better!
