Cloudy day pics

Rick Millspaugh Feb 26, 2007 02:48 PM

It rained yesterday even though the forecast was for sunny and 70. So, I took a couple of pictures.

The color looks totally weird on my computer screen and I’m not sure why (I did nothing to it). Let me know if it looks to green/blue to you. Since I had to reformat my hard drive, nothing works right. This is my oldest male, 2002 and quite the stud; just out of cooling and ready to eat.

Rick:

One question I have is are those rocks naturally that green? One way to adjust color is to have some reference objects in the image that you can use for calibration. The image might be a little oversaturated as well, which commonly occurs with digital images. If you'd like, email me the original, untouched file (or two) and I'll play around with them in Photoshop. The quality of lighting looks excellent. And of course the photo subject is a beauty!

be that green. Like I said, not sure how it happened. I croped and resized the photos and they looked okay. Then when I reopened them to try out a border, they were green. I'm making dinner right now so I'll find the disk and email the raw pics to you in a bit.

Beautiful!! It may be a touch green though, but it's hard to tell. Still an amazing picture!

Hi
lovely pics.

it looks like a software problem rather than a camera saturation problem.

Something could well have changed since your reformat.
you could try reinstaling your photo suite.

....
