My Eastern Boxie came out of brumation today. I was just checking in on him, and there he was, on top of his hibernaculum. I filled up his cookie sheet so he could have a nice soak, and he ate four nightcrawlers, and then retired to a higher, warmer level of his hibernaculum.
I also saw the first Junebug, or whatever you call them down here, tonight. The robins haven't left, though.
