take'em out and get a good look at the mouth... if you see any loose teeth remove them if you can... give your retic a soak in betadine and water mix... you dont need much betadine... maybe a couple table spoons. you can get betadine at any drug store, its an anti-septic. if you have a syringe use that instead of a soak... squirt the betadine and water mix to flush out the mouth. this is just preventive medicine...
retics are good healers - most likely it doesnt need a vet - unless it gets infected really really bad and you smell a foul stench. then you need a vet asap.
keep an eye on it and see it will eat... keep it on the warm side and it should be A-OK.
