Cabbage calciumhosphurus ratio

chameleoncrow Aug 11, 2003 05:32 PM

Before keeping chams, I used to have an Iguana called "fluffy". i'd do lots of research to find greens with a good Ca:P ratio. And if i remember correctly, cabbage has a pretty good CA:P ratio. Or at least i alwats thought. Recently i've heard from a person that cabbage has infact, a poor CAa:P ratio. I'd just like to varify with you guys who know. did i get my information mixed up? (i know i know...i could always get my lazy behind up and research again on the net. Wanted to know what you guys think plus...um... i have no other excuse )

I do know it has iodine in it and is good for preventing edema that could be caused from a lack of iodine in the diet. I use it to gutload as well as other greens.
