Skinny gecko

My gecko is very skinny andd has enough water but he is losing weight what should I do? and Im worry about him he is inhis own cage andI don't have the money to to take him to the vet HELP

What kind of gecko are you talking about? Has it been eating? What are you feeding it? How much? What are the temps in it's cage? What kind of substrate are you using? What kind of lighting are you using? Give us as much info as you can.
