Whoever is sending you something via Dash should give you a flight number and an estimated time of arrival. They should also give you an airbill number that you can use to track the package at www.deltacargo.com

You pick the package up at your airport's Delta cargo facility. This link has a list of the facilities with directions.

The shipment tracking is a bit of a joke. Delta contracts most of their flights out and these smaller airlines do not scan the items so your package could be sitting at the destination but the online tracking shows it in some other part of the country. Also, it is not uncommon for them to put the package on a different flight than what was originally intended. Although I feel it is still the safest means for reptiles, they can be just as unreliable as any other carrier. Keep your appointment book clear on days you are expecting a package, could be a long wait.

Also I have noticed that some of the facilities are not listed. So just ask the shipper what airport it was sent to and then call deltas 1800 # for the address. It is on their web site at deltacargo.com
