question about unrelated and same clutch

derekdehaas Feb 28, 2007 03:00 PM

as some of you know that i just got a pair of ghost (hypo white-sided) bulls, it has been bugging me that they are from the same clutch! so i just saw a ad on kingsnake, there is a 06' female ghost bull for $100 should i grab her? and i'll have 3 of them. hmm i paid $100 for a pair of ghost bulls i think the person priced them too low? thanks

That's a little pricey. I sold mine from last summer for $60. They may be worth more but shipping is so expensive I didn't feel I could justify any more! You could always wait around and get a yearling or subadult. If I was you I might look for a bull that is and/or is het for white side and hypo. That could save you some money and plus you would have more variety.

thanks. yeah when i saw an ad for a female ghost $100. while i got a pair for exact $100 good thing! i already made up my mind not to get that female for $100. i already talked to someone today about my question from my post, so i am good now. i'm keeping both pairs that i have to breed within 3 years.

I think they have come down in price some. $100 for a female still ain't bad though. The common price I saw for them as babies a few years back was around $125 each.
