Interesting little boa...

.. that's an import Venezuela boa. It's an adult and has bred successfully since '05. He's not a big snake, probably 45" long. It's pretty, contrasting grey and white and buff and black.

This next image is of one of his kids from a pairing with a more typical Paraguanera, or north-western Venezuela boa.

Very nice boas. I don't think it is an anery as there appears to be red towards the tail. I can imagine the baby having a similar appearance in it's tail when it grows. At any rate very nice project and I hope for your sake I am wrong.
