I generally only keep wild caught colubrids but was recently duped into taking a 4ft. African Rock off the hands of a friend. Well this has proven to be the most tempermental snake I've ever had the misfortune of handling. Beautiful but menacing. Add to that, the fact they are Africas largest snake, unbeknowest to me at the time I agreed to take her, and I think I'm in for a crazy ride. Wish me Luck!

I known what you mean. I have one that has not tried to bite in about a week or so. And then today i was holding her and she tried to bite the girl that was standing in frint of me (not good). It was only one bite and then she was cool again. They have a crazy personality.
