Ultrasound Machine

DDReptiles Mar 01, 2007 01:26 PM

I am interested in purchasing a used Ultrasound machine for our ball pythons.

What type of machines are you using? Can you please provide model numbers and est. price?

Thanks.

you can find some pretty good ones on ebay most of the time. Youre going to spend anywhere from $2k-$14k for one depending on your needs.

Thank you for your input. I agree with you with regards to Ebay and getting a warranty. There are some good buys on Ebay, but if I am going to spend $7k I want to buy direct so I can get a traditional warranty.

I like my toys, so I would buy one just to have an ultrasound for my snakes. But from a business standpoint, how much value does an ultrasound add? I would assume you could use your males more effectly by only breeding females that are ready etc...

Thanks for your time.
