big momma

I've had her since she was a hatchling but she is still about as tame as a rabid pitt bull. I know it's sick but that's part of what I like about her so much. Oh and she lays a fat clutch every year which doesen't hurt much. She was about to pop with eggs in this pic. Later, Randy W.

Thanks, she's a taeniura mocquardi or mocquards beauty snake. This is a male albino of the same species. Randy

I never get bored seeing you post pics of her. I had a male taiwan that somewhat approached that intense yellow, but that thing is incredible. How big do you find they get? Also, is she an aberration with regards to temperment? I know my taiwans were very mellow, whereas blues are usually much snappier.

Thanks Don. Their temperment is much more like blues as opposed to tiawans. The female above is about 7ft or a little over which is a large mocquardi. Here is a big blue. Randy

Thanks Joe. She is just over 7ft. Here is another female with a stronger bow tie pattern. This one is not as big or mean. RW
