Letting it air out?

phiber_optikx Mar 01, 2007 10:04 PM

How long do I need to let the cage air out before putting my snake in there? I used "Silicone II." And also, the front is not on the cage yet. So it is airing out 100%. Will this shorten the time?

A few days should do it. To check it, I would put the door on and close it for a day then open it and smell to see if the smell is gone.

Generally speaking, when it no longer smells like viniger, the silicon is dry.
