Removing eggs...

They certainly don't like it. www.ballpython.ca has a great step by step way of doing it. Essentially you just gently unwrap the female and put her in a clean container. Then you pick up the eggs, careful not to tilt them in any way, and weight them/put them in the incubator. When you have all the eggs out, clean the cage thoroughly to get all the egg smell out, put the momma snake back in, and viola! That's it

I take a towel and put it over mom and the eggs. Then slowly and gently unravel her tail from around the eggs. Once she's off, she gets a bath and goes into a clean cage and a different shelf in the rack system.

The eggs are then placed into an incubator.

As for my tag line, yeah I thought it was pretty funny when some girls asked me that after inquiring as to why I was purchasing frozen rats and mice.

good idea about placing them in different tubs or racks. I placed my girls back into their original tub and they glared at me for a couple weeks. Definitely grouchy!!
