best humidity levels for Radate&Pancake?

I'm growing them in 67~70% humidity levels, but someone said that's too much levels to Pancake & Radiated tortoise. Then what's good humidity levels for them? I want a concrete numerical value. 40~50% is good? or need more dry environment?
