i was wondering if you call can post pics of your darkest Alternas, whether they are generic or local, i have a female right now and she is getting black as a crayola crayon, and i would like to see some pics of what you all have for dark animals

She is a generic bred for that nice dark color, she looks better everyweek

This is my darkest Alterna.. This will be her first year breeding.. Her red is a bit brighter than it appears in the pic... I need to take some pix outside inthe spring.

They are Lozier cyn (west langtry).They start out pretty muddy in the orange/red saddles and usually by one or one and half years of age they are black on black with some having very white borders.
