Does your snakes revert back to normal posture when disturbed or handled? If so this is a normal modified feeding posture. If not, bad news. This posture indictes a central nervous system disease, which can be from parasitic, viral, bacterial, or fungal orgins. Get him to a vet ASAP.

he does go back i just got him and i tried to feed coulple of times but nothing he just got done breeding my female

Glade to hear that. That head up postion is learned from being offered food from above, cages that open from the top and other activites. Don't worry about trying to get him to eat alot right now, he's got sex on the brain.
