Does anyone know when the switch from Elaphe guttata guttata to Pantherophis guttatus occured? Who proposed it? Does anyone know of the original publication information? I know it does not only include Corn Snakes but I figured this was the most active forum and I was most likely to get a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
