PA LAWS? HELP?

does anyone know what the herp laws in PA are?...

can you keep alligators & such?

i've read you can't keep local venomous or endangered species such as rough green snakes and rattlers...

is there somewhere i can go to find out?

i've tried the game commision site but it wasnt much help

PA places herps under the jurisdiction of the PA Fish and Boat Commission. Their website has the new regulations as of Jan. '07. The PA Fish and Boat Commission can only regulate native species.
