I am thinking about getting some of the lab style cages but it hard to find them at a decent price. I found bottoms, but i can't find any tops. Where do you guys get them from?

I got some off Ebay, but that's rare that they show up there. The shoebox size mouse cages are pretty easy to find, but the larger rat sized lab cages are a lot more scarce.
Sometimes they show up at reptiles shows.
If you want to spend a lot, Bigappleherp sells them.
You can also try lab4less.com, they seem to sell all kinds of used and new lab equipment. Good luck though, they never replied to my emails when I tried to contact them several times.
