A few Things......

kellybee Mar 05, 2007 07:24 AM

Firstly not been in here for a few days, and have returned to find not one, not two, but LOADS of Eve's collared piccies, yay they're all as beautiful as ever and in addition to that are looking really healthy after a well earned kip, lol

Secondly, Yoshi has lost her gravid coloration after 3 weeks of a lovely rosy orange and has lost her egg bumps, so I take it she got bored of waiting for Yoda to show an interest, but is eating like a horse so I'm not so worried about her anymore, lol.

Thirdly, Yoda, the little horror has been behaving like a dog on heat since yesterday, I can't decide if he is playing mind games with her, or is just a bit dense, lol

Fourthly, we actually saw Elvis and Arthur mating this morning, so must set the calendar and get our incubating temps right !!

Last but of course not least, I just paid my buddy for an order of Auriceps ahead of the Hamm show next week. I hope everyone has their fingers crossed, FunkyMonkey and I are both expecting some to be brought back, hopefully we'll have some success, and if we do, we'll be the first people in the UK to own them, yay !

Whew, talk about eventful, and thats just the collareds, Stuart decided to buy some little water dragons at the weekend, FYI: I got to name them, Joey and Chandler, lmao

Thanks for the NICE things you said me and the collared kids appreciate it.

That's quite "EGGSCITING" in 23 0r so days your girl should lay. Such an "EGGSPERIENCE"

You will be "EGGSTATIC" if and when they hatch, just an awesome thing to watch.

Congratulations on the water dragon kids (Joey and Chandler?) I guess they are "FRIENDS" LOL I'm on a roll today, hehehehheee.

Be careful with them, they get mouth rot, and nose rubs ALOT. But are very COOL. I always wanted one when I first got into lizards, but heard they really should have mice in their diet. That turned me off , could not do it.

Post a pic of them

lol, thanks Eve, I should have noted that there were a lot of other pics in there too, just yours were the ones at the top of the screen.

If that Dickersonae ever needs a new home can I please have first dibs? He's beautiful !!

Anyway, luckily the CWD's are captive bred, and as such have been fed defrost fuzzies, so I guess it helps that they dont eat live mice, which is illegal in the UK anyway, inverts only for live food here thank goodness !!

Stu has kept them before so he knows exactly what he is letting himself in for, lol. Though I apreciate your advice, Stu tends to assume I know as much as he does, and therefore if I dont ask he doesnt spill, lol

Thanks again !!
