Are you certain of the accuracy of this weight. A solid build, 7 to 8 foot female molurus would weigh more than the 10 pounds you have for this one, more closer to twice that much. What type of scale did you use to weigh her? On the breeding question, age is equally as important as size when looking at sexual maturity in pythons. What is the current age of this female?

sorry about getting your name wrong, by the way.
i actually weighed her today on different set of scales as it wouldn't regester. she now weigh's in at 6-kg and be 3 years old at the begining of June.

just in case anyone was wondering, I have this prog called convert.exe, converts just about anything, I use it in cases like this, so I believe I had a "good" reason to download it HAHA!!

No problem at all on the name error. If the scale is correct, I would try to put a little more weight on her as she is still fairly light. At her age and with more size, she could be ready to go the first of next year.

How would you advise on putting weight?
She can be a complete rubbish bin if she want's
She will eat anything from ; pigeon to large jap-quail, jumbo-rat's to 1.5 kg rabbit.

I would stay with the rabbits only. Birds do not tend to have what it takes to put weight on a snake to near the degree that rabbits can.
