Ball python making slight whistling...

karbon_kopy Mar 05, 2007 08:41 PM

I've never noticed him making any noise before, but all of a sudden, if i listen closely I can hear a slight whistling when he breathes, like when a person who is slightly ill breathes through their nose. I know its probably nothing and he could have been making this noise his whole life, but can anyone confirm this?

My ball does the same thing. When he exhales it sounds like a whistle. I dont think its anything to worry about cause my ball does it all the time and hes always been real healthy so I wouldnt trip about it.

it could be the start of a serious R.I. iinfection also make sure yoru temps and humidity are right, and if you notice anything weird take it to the vet right away, many pythins have died because of slight weeze
