Peach throat MIA!

Petlover44 Mar 07, 2007 01:22 AM

My peach throat escaped and I've been searching hoping to find him and haven't yet. Any advise on where to look?

Really, So I should camp out in the room the cage is in? Someone suggested to put a heat rock in the middle of the floor, what do you think about that?

Try a heat light, it may work better.
Luring with a mouse on tongs is something to try as well.

I have a sav. I fell a sleep cuddling with him, about a year ago, in my lazy boy once. I woke up in the middle of the night and was panicing because he was gone. He was in the other room behind the freezer. I guess he went there to hide and maybe to get warm. Maybe look behind your appliances.

camping out won't do it, the animal is not going to come out to greet you. what i am saying is to check at random late at night in the dark. that is when they will be out and about, and you are most likely to stumble upon them.

But now he has a burn on his tell, Should I just let it heal on it's own?

I use triple antibiotic ointment for burns, lacerations, abcesses, and ulcers. On mammals and reptiles. It has always worked great and healed fast. Good luck
