RBI Plastics

Has anyone purchased caging from this company. I am going to expand my reptile collection a bit and wanted to purchase some new cages. I have Boaphile caging now and they are great, but they do take a while to get. Any opinions on RBI would be great. Thanks in advance.

I don't have any of the RBI Plastics cages, but I have a couple of their racks. I'm happy with the quality, they shipped fast, and were friendly and responsive to my questions. I'm considering their 3 foot and 4 foot cages as well. (Along with Jungle Habitats Plastics.)

I purchased Heat Tape form them and a thermostat. I was very happy with the whole transaction. I found him Helpful and a ease to do business with.

I hate to sound like a cheerleader, but Rich is a great guy and I love his racks. I've bought several and don't see a reason to change. His pricing is competitive, the product ships quickly, and he is always there to answer any questions.

I ordered a 3'x2' cage about a week ago. I'll let you know how I like it when it arrives.

Thanks Andy, let me know how the new cage turns out when you get it. And thanks to everyone else for all the responses.

I recieved the cage on Friday. It is advertised as a 3'x2', it is actually 34 1/2"x 23"x 14". The packaging is not great. One of the corners was a little damaged from shipping. The inside seams I sealed with silicone caulk to be sure it was water tight. I could see gaps on the inside where it was glued. I don't know if they would have leaked. Besides these minor issues, I am impressed with the quality of the cage. It feels very solid. It looks sharp. I've done a fair amount of research on this type of cage (boaphile, animal plastics, etc.) Many of the options you have to pay for with other manufacturers are standard with RBI. I think the RBI cages are probably the best value. I will be ordering more cages from them. I hope this has been helpful.
