Hi,
I have a male butter and a female creamsicle I am going to mate.
The genetic predicator program tells me I will get 100% amel het caramel.
The Punnett square says I will get amels and butters.
Does anyone know which is correct?

You will get Amels 100% het caramel,With possibly some of the offspring taking on the creamsicle appearance.That is of course that no other traits are unknowingly there in a hetrozygous state.

You did the punnett square wrong.

You are breeding an amel caramel (butter) to an amel hybrid (creamsicle). You'll get all amels het caramel. Since the Creamsicles are hybrids, all of your offspring will be hybrids, too. Albino corns from this hybrid cross are called creamsicles, SO you'd have 100% "creamsicles het butter"
