It is really hard to determine the sex of a baby leo. At 6-12 months it becomes a little easier.

There is two more as well. Pretty simple when they are about 6-12 months like said before.

I'm not sure how long it normally takes to be able to determine the sex. I do know that we got ours when it was a few weeks old. It's now 2 months older and it's "very obvious" that it's a male. 
At 16-20 grams its pretty safe to tell the sex. If you are experienced you will be able to do it at earlier ages.
If you have a good incubator the temps are pretty accurate at determining the sex. I've never had the opposite sex show up in the incubator.
