A good incubator

does anyone know where i can buy a good inubator that isn't made of styrofoam but doesn't cost 500 dollars?

Sorry i use a styrofoam one from LLL reptiles. You could try making your own! They are supposedly not that hard. Or you could trya chicken incubator i believe they are not styrofoam.

I made mine out of 10 feet of 4 inch flex-watt, a helix dbs1000 and a melamine cabinet from home depot. I'll try to post a couple pictures. I think it cost me a total of around $200 and I've been using it for 8 or 9 years without a problem. Wrap the heat tape around a piece of shelf wood and secure it with a couple staples in the clear part of the plastic. Mount it at an angle under the shelf and close in the front with wood or styro foam. Leave a 2 inch gap between the back wall and the shelf so the warm air can rise and circulate. Connect your thermostat and you're set. If you need any help just email me.
