I don't know what to do and I didn't know she was pregnant. Any advices and suggestions would be helpful. The eggs are currently being covered in coconut bark by the mother. Should I leave it in the tank or should I take it out.

You should take them out only if you have an incubator ready. If you dont have an incubator you better order one, or make your own. The mother can and prob. will crush the eggs. Leopard Geckos don't cover their eggs like other animals do. So if you dont have a homeade incubator a store bought, the eggs are most likely gonna die. You could put them in someting with the heat pad that might help. But I always use incubators. And have had good luck. with leos.
