Davis Mountains bairdi

tbrock Mar 11, 2007 12:14 AM

Thought I'd try to get some pics of my '05 pair of bairdi from Davis Mountains stock. This is the female, which will sit still for a few seconds. I'm still trying to get a half decent pic of the male, which is very docile but never stops moving!

Hey Toby,

Is that Troy Hibbits stock? Just curious. Fine looking animal!

Thanks Dusty, yes she is from Troy Hibbitts. Here's a couple pics of the male. One from soon after I got him and one from now.

Hey man,

Things are going good. I plan on pairing up my adult golden-orange male with a nice yellow blonde this year. I've got other irons in the fire too, but that's definitely one that I'm excited about. Are you going down to W TX this year?
Nice raptor!

I plan to do a trip in June. I will be collecting Gap and Colorado Canyon. I usualy do a couple of Boyscout Road runs too.
I usualy look for thunderheads and follow um around a bit. The snakes seem to move when a pressure system is about to hit.
