the sooner the better! the longer they are with you and adjust to your husbandry and setup, feeding, etc. the better, imo.

I want to purchase some morph females but I’m not sure if I should wait until the summer and see if prices fall. Do people usually sell off female breeders or sub adults after the spring season to make room for hatchlings and new projects or is this most common with adult/breedable males? I need some advice I do not want to buy a sub adult and then see in the next two weeks an adult female for sale for only $200 more.

people DO sell off (dump?) their wild caught, gravid females after the drop their eggs this time of year. Then you are, potentially, stuck with a skinny, non-feeder.
